Once there was a kingdom which was divided into two regions. It had two palaces one belonged to the king Bruce and the other belonged to the king Thomas. The people of these kingdoms had strained relations as well. One region of the Kingdom was ruled by Bruce and the other one by Thomas.

Bruce and Thomas were brothers. They were sons of King Brian. Since both desired to become king of the kingdom, Brian parted the kingdom into two halves and made both of them as the kings for each region. The two kings fought against each other many times to gain supremacy.

One day the two regions received information that they were going to be attacked by a powerful ruler called, Gordon. The two kingdoms had the soldier strength of 1000 each. They knew that they would be defeated if they fought independently as Gordon had an army of 5000 soldiers. Both the brothers realized the futility of fighting each other and united to fight against Gordon. Both Bruce and Thomas fought to the finish and defeated Gordon finally. Ever since they lived together with peaceful coexistence.

Therefore, it is essential to stay united as unity is strength.

Once upon a time there was a herd of wolves living in thick forest. There was a head and rest were the members of that herd. They followed rules and regulations strictly. In that herd, there were three brothers. Once, all these wolves went for hunting. According to their rules, those who did not take part in hunting or quit hunting in the middle of the hunt would not get any food and help from others. Besides, those who help the breakers of rules would be removed from their herd.

The duty of one of the three wolves was to stand on the big rock and wait there until the prey comes close to them. His duty was to jump upon the approach of dears to create confusion so that other wolves would benefit the situation and get food. The other two had to stay with the rest of the herd.

When wolves saw a group of dears coming close to them, they planned to kill them. The brother who was on the big rock fell down and was injured. The other two brothers observed their brother in an injured state when they were chasing the dears. His decided to stop there and help his brother but the other brother told him not to help as per the rules and made him to pursue the chase. The injured brother went to his cave with his injured body. The wolves were successful in their hunt.

The other two brothers secretly brought their share of flesh to their injured brother although it was against rules. However the injured brother didn’t accept it. Therefore the brothers kept some food for him there and left the cave. The injured brother suffered from fever in the next day. Other wolves signaled that he would die. He would survive if herbs were brought from the outskirts of the thick forest.

As per rules, nobody should help the injured. The leader of the herd also had a soft corner but he was not in a position to break the rules. One brother decided to break the rules and started the journey to get herbs. Another brother advised not to break the rules and remained with the injured brother. The will to save his brother was stronger than his own existence.

The brother began running fast towards the outskirts of the forest to bring herbs. The brother who remained with the injured brother got the information that there were number of Hyenas in the outskirts that might kill his brother. He was in a dilemma whether to remain with injured brother or to protect another brother by breaking the rules. Subsequently he followed his heart and rushed to protect another brother. The information he received was found to be true where his brother was already fighting with Hyenas. He began fighting with Hyenas and instructed his brother to rush to the cave to save the wounded brother. After sometime he fought with Hyenas and finally reached cave where he found injured brother taking herbs. The leader of the herd knew this but ignored the rule as an exception as it mattered the blood relation among three brothers.

Is blood thicker than rules and regulations?
