Decision making is a skill which is essential in this cut throat competitive world. Decision making is a skill but not talent because skill means it is honed, cultivated and developed but talent is inborn.
Decision making is nothing but taking the correct decision. It is a rare quality; it is the quality of a leader which is required to take a firm, accurate and correct judgments. It is nothing but a smart work. When different options are available it is very difficult to choose the best one at that time we have to take the best option and also the option which no one takes which makes leader.
